Use of the site
The Portable Hearth is an educational and devotional resource for modern Norse Pagan and Heathen practice. It is not an academic institution, religious governing body, medical service, legal service, financial service, or emergency resource.
Digital products
Paid products are first-party digital downloads created by The Portable Hearth. Product pages should describe the file format, contents, price, and delivery method before checkout. Purchases may be completed through Ko-fi Shop, with card payments handled through Stripe when available.
Personal-use license
Unless a product page says otherwise, digital downloads are for personal use only. You may print copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share the files publicly, or use them as part of a paid service without written permission.
No spiritual guarantees
The site and products do not promise initiation, divine favor, protection, healing, predictions, divination results, or any guaranteed spiritual outcome. Practices are offered as reflection, study, and personal discipline.

Direct Poetic Edda excerpts use public-domain sources unless noted. Modern copyrighted translations are recommended for study but not reproduced at length. Original writing, layout, product design, and site artwork belong to The Portable Hearth unless otherwise stated.
