What we collect
If you join the email list or send a question, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address and message. If paid digital products go live, Ko-fi and its payment providers, including Stripe when used, may collect payment, billing, tax, and delivery information needed to complete the purchase.
How we use it
We use submitted information to send the requested guide, answer questions, deliver digital products, provide customer support, and send occasional updates if you joined the list.
Third-party services
The site may use form, email, checkout, analytics, or download-delivery providers such as Ko-fi, Stripe, and Web3Forms. Those services process information according to their own policies. The Portable Hearth should only connect services that are needed for forms, email delivery, checkout, fraud prevention, or file delivery.
Unsubscribing
Email list messages should include an unsubscribe option once a newsletter provider is connected. You can also request removal by emailing theportablehearth@gmail.com.
Data sales
The Portable Hearth does not sell personal information.
