Digital delivery
The Portable Hearth products are digital downloads unless a product page clearly says otherwise. After purchase through Ko-fi Shop, customers should receive access through the Ko-fi order page, receipt email, and/or Ko-fi’s digital delivery system.
Refunds
If a Ko-fi order file cannot be accessed, is missing, or is materially different from the product description, email theportablehearth@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will either fix access, replace the file, or refund the purchase.
Because digital files can be copied after delivery, change-of-mind refunds may be declined after the file has been accessed or downloaded. That said, if something went wrong, reach out and we will handle it in good faith.
No physical shipping
Digital products do not ship by mail. There are no shipping fees for PDF downloads.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if there is a problem with an order. Most issues are file-access or receipt-email problems and can be fixed quickly.
